Student Terms and Agreement

By submitting this electronic application, I certify that as a student applicant, I:

Am at least 18 years of age
Am of good academic standing (2.5+ GPA)
Will be at least halfway through my undergrad at the start of my internship
Am actively enrolled in a STEM degree at one of the approved participating colleges
Accept and will comply with the Program Requirements
Agree that submitting an application does not guarantee placement in an internship
Understand that I have the ability to accept or deny offers of employment
Upon completion of any internship, shall provide an evaluation of the program via survey within 2 weeks
Will keep SciTech program staff informed once an internship offer is accepted, or if I leave a SciTech internship before the reported end date
Give permission to MnTech to share relevant information provided on this form with academic institutional funding partners
Give permission to MnTech to share photos, videos and stories about my SciTech internship in its promotional and marketing outreach efforts
